Under the leadership of our General Manager, Molly Schick, every department—from culinary and dining to events and member services—works in harmony to create an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and elegance. Whether you're here for a quiet lunch, a lively gathering, or a signature event, you’ll find a team dedicated to making each visit exceptional.

Molly Schick

Title

General Manager

Molly is the General Manager of The Milwaukee Club; she has been with the Club for since 2008. Molly assumed her current position in 2021 after working as the Assistant Manager for 5 years prior. She graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an associate’s degree in Hotel Hospitality Management. Securing a management position with a private club was a major goal of Molly’s. Molly uses her knowledge of fine dining service to assure that each of her staff provides the perfect dining experience for our members. In addition to her other duties, Molly also designs many of the floral centerpieces for club events.

Nathan Klingbail

Title

Executive Chef

Chef Nathan has been the Executive Chef of The Milwaukee Club since 2015. He started his culinary career over 30 years ago in Traverse City, Michigan. First at Trio in Evanston, Illinois and then opening Schwa Restaurant. Nathan eventually became a Sous Chef at the acclaimed restaurant Alinea in Chicago, Illinois-one of highest rated restaurants in the United States. From 2011 to 2013, he was a personal chef in Los Angeles, California. He currently lives in Mequon with his wife and two young daughters.

Kim Muszynski

Title

Controller

Kim brings extensive financial expertise and a passion for hospitality to her role as Controller at The Milwaukee Club. With over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, she previously served as Controller at a local country club, where she was instrumental in streamlining operations, overseeing budgets, ensuring financial transparency and oversaw HR functions. In her current role, Kim is responsible for all financial functions of the club, including budgeting, reporting, and managing all aspects of human resources—including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Known for her attention to detail, integrity, and approachable leadership style, Kim is committed to fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting the club’s mission by maintaining strong fiscal health and contributing to a seamless member experience.

Alex Ille-Hoekstra

Title

Front House Manager

Alex has worked with The Milwaukee Club staff from June 2018-August 2022 as a server, and since August 2022 as Front House Manager. He has a BA from UW Milwaukee in Foreign Language and also taught German at the Kulturvereinigung Deutsche Schule for several years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his Schatzi and family, playing on his violin from 1876, and keeping active as a fifer in the Milwaukee Spielmannszug Drum & Bugle Corps.

Jordan Hoffmeier

Title

Food & Beverage Manager

A graduate of UW Stout in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management, Jordan has been working in club management for about 10 years. His work experience includes working with Tuckaway Country Club, Milwaukee Country Club, and most recently as Clubhouse Manager at The Wisconsin Club.

Jesús Santos

Title

Sous Chef

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Querétaro in Mexico, Jesús has worked in the restaurant industry with over 20 years prior to working at The Milwaukee Club for over 15 years. Outside of work, Jesús enjoys spending time with his family and four children.
