Molly Schick

General Manager, The Milwaukee Club

Molly is the General Manager of The Milwaukee Club; she has been with the Club for 12 years. Molly assumed her current position after working as the assistant manager for the last 5 years. She Graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with an associate’s degree in Hotel Hospitality Management. Securing a management position with a private club was a major goal of Molly’s. Molly uses her knowledge of fine dining service to assure that each of her staff provides the perfect dining experience for our Members. In addition to her other duties Molly designs many of the floral centerpieces for Club events.

Nathan Klingbail

Executive Chef, The Milwaukee Club

Chef Nathan has been the Executive Chef of the Milwaukee Club since 2015. He started his culinary career over twenty years ago in Chicago. First at Trio in Evanston and then opening Schwa Restaurant. Nathan eventually became a sous chef at the acclaimed Alinea Restaurant. From 2011 to 2013, he was a personal chef in Los Angeles. He currently lives in Mequon with his wife and two young daughters.

Kim Muszynski

Accountant/Office Manager, The Milwaukee Club

Kim joined the team as our Accountant/Office Manager in January 2021. Her focus is managing all Accounting and Human Resource relations for the club. Kim comes to us with private club experience and will be a wonderful asset to The Milwaukee Club. Kim’s attention to detail and organizational skills will help bring the club up- to date in the most efficient way possible. She holds degrees in both Accounting and Business Management from Bryant & Stratton.

Alex Ille-Hoekstra

Front House Manager, The Milwaukee Club

Alex has worked with the Milwaukee Club staff from June, 2018- August, 2022 as a server, and August 2022 to the present as Front House Manager. He has a BA from UW Milwaukee and also teaches German at the Kulturvereinigung Deutsche Schule.   In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, playing his 1876 violin by J.S. French , and keeping active as a fifer in the Milwaukee Spielmannszug Drum and Bugle Corps.

Jordan Hoffmeier

Food & Beverage Manager, The Milwaukee Club

A graduate of UW Stout in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management, Jordan has been working in club management for about 10 years.  His work experience includes working with the Tuckaway Country Club, Milwaukee Country Club, and most recently as clubhouse manager at the Wisconsin Club.
